You can delete your NdoloPay account at any time.

From inside the app:

• 1. Open the app and log in.
• 2. Go to Profile → Delete My Account.
• 3. Confirm deletion.

If you no longer have the app:

Email us at ndolopay@gmail.com from your registered email address with the subject “Delete My Account”.

Data deletion:

When your account is deleted, all personal data will be removed from our active databases. Some information may be kept if required by law.
